This month we surpassed our forty-sixth year at Warm Things and we wanted to reflect back on our journey thus far. It all started in 1973 in Berkley, California, with a sewing machine, some fabric, and a dream. We were ready to introduce something new to the public; down quilts, something most Americans have never even heard of at the time. What started as a small project in a garage, turned into an online bedding empire. As the business grew, so did our space and we eventually branched out to other locations throughout the California area, opening up our very own storefront.
To this day, Warm Things still remains a family owned business. After 46 years, our mission to provide high quality products at reasonable prices is still the same. We pride ourselves on producing responsibility sourced down products and are proud to offer goods that are both sophisticated and highly durable. Many of our products are also made locally, here in beautiful Marin County.
While we still sell online, we are also pleased to have three stores in San Rafael, San Francisco, and Oakland. Since being in business, thousands of families all over the country now enjoy a comfortable and cozy sleep with their Warm Things bedding so thank you to everyone for your continuous love, support, and purchases!
