Product Care Instructions

Proper care of your down comforter, down pillow and featherbed will ensure lifelong beauty and performance. Cleaning of down bedding is essential to maintaining maximum loft and ensuring the long life of the product. We recommend cleaning down pillows and down comforters every 3-5 years and always use pillow protectors, and duvet covers. Though it is possible to wash your own down product, we recommend that you have your product professionally cleaned by a service that specializes in cleaning down.TWe are reluctant to recommend non-professional laundering because home washers and dryers are often too small. You should never wash your down comforter more than once a year at most. Use a duvet cover in between washings to keep it clean, and wash the cover as often as needed. As a result of home laundering any damage that may occurs WarmThings is not responsible.
