Down Comforter Warranty
Warm Things down comforters are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from date of purchase by the original consumer. Limited warranty does not apply to damage or loss caused by accident, misuse, or failure to follow use/care instructions. To qualify for limited warranty, the product must be in protective covering (comforter cover), and must be professionally laundered at a facility that is experienced in laundering down products. Please note that the use of this product over several years may result in diminished loft of the down. Should your down comforter have a defect covered by this warranty, simply return it to the store of purchase, along with a copy of the sales receipt or proof of purchase. Warm Things will examine the product and determine if it is covered under the limited warranty. At our discretion, Warm Things will repair the defective product or issue a store credit for the amount of remaining time on the warranty based on the original purchase price.
Down Pillow Warranty
Warm Things down pillows are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from date of purchase by the original consumer. Limited warranty does not apply to damage or loss caused by accident, misuse, or failure to follow use/care instructions. To qualify for limited warranty, the product must be in protective covering (pillow protector), and must be professionally laundered at a facility that is experienced in laundering down products. Please note that the use of this product over several years may result in diminished loft of the down. Should your down pillow have a defect covered by this warranty, simply return it to the store of purchase, along with a copy of the sales receipt or proof of purchase. Warm Things will examine the product and determine if it is covered under the limited warranty.
