Price Adjustments

Price adjustments may be made only within 30 days of purchase date.  Price adjustments can only be processed when the selling price of a product is reduced, discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.  Additionally, discount codes used on previous purchases may not be applied to price adjustments.

Pricing Policy

While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.  Sale prices may fluctuate based on current offers and promotions - we do not offer price adjustments once an order is shipped.

Down Comforter Warranty

Warm Things down comforters are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from date of purchase by the original consumer. Limited warranty does not apply to damage or loss caused by accident, misuse, or failure to follow use/care instructions. To qualify for limited warranty, the product must be in protective covering (comforter cover), and must be professionally laundered at a facility that is experienced in laundering down products. Please note that the use of this product over several years may result in diminished loft of the down. Should your down comforter have a defect covered by this warranty, simply return it to the store of purchase, along with a copy of the sales receipt or proof of purchase. Warm Things will examine the product and determine if it is covered under the limited warranty. At our discretion, Warm Things will repair the defective product or issue a store credit for the amount of remaining time on the warranty based on the original purchase price.

Please note – we require products to be professionally laundered prior to any repairs being made. The cost of professional laundering is not covered under warranty and must be paid by customer.

Down Pillow Warranty

Warm Things down pillows are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from date of purchase by the original consumer. Limited warranty does not apply to damage or loss caused by accident, misuse, or failure to follow use/care instructions. To qualify for limited warranty, the product must be in protective covering (pillow protector), and must be professionally laundered at a facility that is experienced in laundering down products. The Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use and safeguard the personal information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our site and our products and services.
