Stomach sleepers tend to prefer softer pillows that will give support without being too thick. Back sleepers need a pillow that will support and conform to their head and neck. Side sleepers tend to enjoy a denser, thicker pillow to keep their neck in line while cradling their head. For those who change sleeping positions throughout the night, we recommend level 2 or 3. For those who need extra support for larger frames, we recommend level 4.
