Warm Things web orders are shipped out daily Monday through Friday by 1:00 PM Pacific Time. We usually ship orders within 1-2 business days (does not include weekends or holidays). Once your order is placed, the shipping process begins. We do our best to accommodate any changes that are requested to the order or shipping address after the order is placed. We cannot guarantee that such changes can be made.
We ship using both UPS and USPS. If you provide a physical address that is not deliverable by UPS, please contact us to let us know. If you prefer to have your order shipped to a PO Box, we will ship your order USPS Priority Mail. Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and military addresses are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
Your order is shipped from our California warehouse. Standard shipping transit time ranges from 2-8 business days depending on the destination. USPS delivery may be made on Saturdays. Expedited shipping is also available for the 48 contiguous states. Expedited shipping transit time is 2-3 business days.
**Please note: Warm Things can not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.
We do not require a signature for delivery, however, UPS may not leave a package at your door if they have had problems with theft in the area. If this is the case, paperwork would be left to inform you they have a package for you. Transit times listed above are approximate and may be delayed due to severe weather –any delays would be listed in the tracking information. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for such delays. If tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you did not receive the order, please check around your residence, with others living at your residence and with neighbors. If the package is not found, please contact us so we can open an investigation for your lost package. Order discrepancies, lost packages and/or damaged packages must be reported within 30 days of order date so that we may investigate the issue. Issues reported later than 30 days may not be covered.
