If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return product(s) in original condition and packaging for exchange or a full refund of product price within 30 days of purchase date. Holiday gift purchases made during November and December must be returned by January 30th. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of return shipping.
If delivery is refused, or if a package is returned as undeliverable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund that is issued.
We reserve the right to deny a return/exchange or withhold a restocking fee up to 50% based on the condition of returned product(s). In the case of a denied return/exchange the product(s) will be returned to the customer.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Discount codes will be distributed among purchased products based on product price. Any returned items will be refunded discounted price. If returned items bring your order total below discount code minimum purchase, discount will be forfeited and deducted from refund for returned items.
Unopened products returned after 30 days and up to 90 days will be issued store credit only and will be assessed a restocking fee up to 20%. We will not accept returns or exchanges after 90 days from purchase date.
Original condition includes but is not limited to: unwashed/unused, no scents/odors, no stains/spots, no animal hair, all products labels must be attached and all packaging must be included. Sheepskin slippers must be returned with the box, soles must not be dirty/worn and inner lining must be clean.
Warm Things products are guaranteed for material and workmanship. If a product fails due to manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace at our discretion. Damage or defect must be reported within 30 days of purchase. Damage caused by misuse or improper care will not be covered.
Pillows, mattress pads and feather beds are not returnable for sanitation reasons.
Please include a note with your order number, daytime phone number and instructions for your exchange/return. Use any shipper of your choice. We highly recommend insuring the package for entire value of returned product and be sure to get a tracking number. Warm Things cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your return or exchange to be received and processed.
Gifts can be exchanged, issued store credit or refunded to original purchaser only. Refunds will be issued to original form of payment. Even exchanges will be shipped free of charge.
